My name is Glorneil Arubio, and before I became an Independent Insurance Advisor, I was a Civil Engineer.

As an engineer, my job was to design and build structures that could withstand the test of time. Every project began with one question:

"Is the foundation strong enough?"

Years later, I realized that the same question applies to life. Many hardworking families spend years building a career, buying a home, growing a business, and raising children—but very few stop to ask if the financial foundation protecting everything they've built is strong enough.

That realization changed the direction of my life.

I made the decision to leave engineering and pursue a career where I could build something even more meaningful—not buildings, but financial security for families.

For more than 10 years, I've had the privilege of helping over 500 families create personalized insurance and financial protection strategies that give them confidence, security, and peace of mind.
